Declaration for giving consent for processing of personal data according to art. 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I agree / agree that my personal data, namely three names, address and e-mail address are processed by LGL1 Ltd. to perform a contract for a purchased product or ordered service, as well as to send information and advertising messages about products and services of LGL1 EOOD.  I give my consent for the period necessary for the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and LGL1 EOOD, and then for the shorter of: 1) the envisaged period for storage of contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria or 2) the period for 5 years.

I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by requesting it at  Exercise your rights! , and that my request may not be granted if it contradicts the fulfillment of legal obligations of the administrator or the public
