RESERVATION RULES

  • Inquiries for accommodation and visits to the farm are made electronically (official email, website) clearly mentioning the desired days of visit, number of people (adults, children).  ​

  • Visits and reservations are made only after written confirmation by us.

​​

  • Visits and reservations that have not been confirmed by us in advance cannot be made.  

​​

  • Prepayment for reservations is made 2 weeks before the date of accommodation. If the reservation is canceled up to 1 week before the date of arrival, the deposit is refundable. If the reservation is canceled less than 1 week before the date of arrival, the amount will not be refunded.

  • Payment is made only by bank transfer (bank transfer) or by Visa and MasterCard.

​​

  • Products purchased on the farm are not paid on the spot, but are included in a deposit of a package price.

​​

  • All reservations and communications are made only by e-mail and special phone. No social media accounts.  

​​

  • We respond to inquiries only on working days 9:00 to 18:00

​​

  • Check-in is after 14:00. Check-out is until 12:00. In case of delay in leaving, a sum of 20% is charged on the package price.  

​​

  • Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

​​

  • On weekends (Friday and Saturday) and on public holidays, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

​

  • Additional people who have not pre-registered but have arrived on site are not allowed.

​​

  • Neg pets are allowed regardless of their size and behavior.

​​

  • In order to be able to respond to each type of holiday, we have provided visits for groups with children and for groups without children. Respective accommodation with children up to 12 years of age is carried out only in pre-specified periods.

​​

  • Every day in Eco Hotel Rosino is prepared a menu for breakfast and lunch with selected animal and plant products grown on the territory of the complex.  

​​

  • The kitchen only works for hotel guests.

​​

  • Dinner is only available upon prior request - at least 5 days before the check-in date

 

  • Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 11:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 22:00.

  • If you have allergies or special preferences about the menu, please do not hesitate to inform us in advance
