On the territory of the farm in our dairy we produce dairy products from cow's jersey milk. All our products are made from fresh milk, which does not undergo a process of homogenization, sterilization, stabilization and retains all its useful qualities and nutritional value.
In addition to milk and yogurts, we produce also white cheese, yellow cheese, drinking fruit yogurts, handmade mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, sour cream, butter, own dip, ghee butter and other products.
In parallel with the dairy products, we produce bio-certified gelato - Gelato & Latte.
In the area of the farm we also grow organic certified crops: oil-bearing rose, raspberries, chokeberries and cherries. We produce our own honey. We use the fruits from the orchards: honey, milk and dairy products as natural raw materials for the production of gelato, syrups and jam, which we offer as a final product to our customers.
