RESERVATION RULES


 

  • Inquiries for visits to the farm are made electronically (official email, website), clearly mentioning the desired days of visit, number of people (adults, children).

  • Visits are made only after written confirmation by us.

  • Visits that have not been confirmed in advance by us cannot be made.  

​​

  • Prepayment for a visit is made 2 weeks before the date of the visit. If the visit is canceled up to 1 week before the date of arrival, the deposit is refundable. If the reservation is canceled less than 1 week before the date of arrival, the amount will not be refunded.

  • Payment is made only by bank transfer (bank transfer) or by Visa and MasterCard.

 

  • ​​ All reservations and communications are made only by e-mail and special phone. No social media accounts. ​ We respond to inquiries only on working days 9:00 to 18:00

​​​​​

  • Additional people who have not pre-registered but have arrived on site are not allowed.

​​

  • Pets are not allowed regardless of their size and behavior.

  • If you have allergies or special preferences about the menu, please do not hesitate to inform us in advance
