COURSE OBJECTIVES

След основния курс ще имате солидни познания за направата на италианското занаятчийско джелато. Ще можете да разберете в дълбочина използваните суровините и различни методи на производство. Ще се научите да произвеждате класическо джелато, сорбета и сладолед на клечка. Ще имате възможност да планирате вашите инвестиции, да сравнявате стратегии за търговия на дребно, както и да спазвате критериите за хигиена в лабораторията .

CURRICULUM

Every day from 9:00 to 18:00

  • 30 hours of theory

  • 20 hours of practice

DOCUMENT

Issued by Carpigiani Gelato University, the certificate of participation is awarded to those who attend at least 80% of the course and pass the final exam.

WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?

This course is addressed to aspiring gelato entrepreneurs who want to take the first step to learn how to produce high-quality authentic Italian gelato and how to start their business.

ACCOMMODATION

Special offer for course enrollment and accommodation at Eco Hotel "Rozino" :

  • 70 euros (50 euros per night + breakfast + 20 euros dinner - two people in one double room)

  • 120 euros (100 euros per night + breakfast + 20 euros dinner - one person in a double room)

ADDITIONAL

The course includes a minimum of hours of specialized training in dairy farming, sustainable farming, and good production practices.
