• Inquiries about visits to the farm territory are made electronically (info@rozino.farm), clearly mentioning the desired days of visit, number of people (adults, children).

• Visits are only carried out after written confirmation from us.

• Visits that are not previously confirmed by us cannot be carried out.

​

• Prepayment for a visit is made 2 weeks before the date of the visit.

​

• If a visit is canceled up to 1 week before the date of arrival, the deposit is returned. If the reservation is canceled less than 1 week before the date of arrival, the amount is not returned.

• Payment is made only by bank transfer (bank transfer) or with Visa and MasterCard cards.

 

• ​​All reservations and communications are made only by e-mail and a special phone number. No profiles on social networks. ​We answer inquiries only on weekdays 9:00 to 18:00

 

• ​​​​Additional people who have not registered in advance and have come to the place are not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed regardless of their size and behavior.
