On September 27, during the Open Day at the Rosino Farm, we will participate in fun and useful sports games, suitable for both children and adults.
The training will be led by Borislav Yanakov - judo and sambo champion , coach and inspiring educator, who will take you on an active adventure related to... animal movements! 🐻🐇🦆
We will move steadily like bears, hop quickly and nimbly like rabbits, wobble like ducklings, and move quietly and decisively like wolves. And somewhere in between all these playful movements, we will learn why they say in judo: "A cat on its back doesn't fall."
We will discover that sport is not just a physical effort - it is a way to feel better about ourselves, to connect with our bodies, and to move with respect for the nature from which we all come.
Appropriate clothing and a good mood are mandatory!

Borislav Yanakov (born 1992 in Sandanski) is one of the most successful Bulgarian competitors in combat sports - sambo and judo.
In his sports career he is:
🥈 Vice World Youth Champion (2013)
🥈 Two-time vice-champion of the European Men's Sambo Championship
🥉 Three-time bronze medalist at the European Championships
🥇 Gold medalist of the World Cup in Novi Sad (2023)
🥉 Two-time bronze medalist at the World Sambo Championships. In Bishkek (2022) he defeated a six-time world champion
🥇 European Police Judo Champion (2024)
🏆 Athlete No. 1 of the Ministry of Interior for 2025
Borislav Yanakov is also the first Bulgarian to win a medal at the World Sambo Championships - a historic achievement for our country.
For years he has been a dedicated coach at the capital's Shun Dojo club, where he trains both children and adults.
With his experience, enthusiasm, and sense of humor, he inspires teenagers not just to train, but to build character, discipline, and respect.
