🌱Presentation with Katrin Parvanova on the topic " The connection between nutrition and environmental protection. Which diet is the most sustainable according to scientific research?"
As part of the celebrations of the European Day of Organic Farming and the pursuit of a more conscious, sustainable future, we invite you to an important meeting that connects the food on our plate with the future of the planet.
Organic farming is not just a way of production - it is part of an overall vision for a world in which land, water, air and people exist in balance. And a key question that we are increasingly asking ourselves is: What can we do as consumers to contribute to this change?
🌿 One of our most powerful tools is food choice.
🎙️ This is precisely the topic that we will devote to the special presentation and discussion with Catherine Parvanova - a sustainable development consultant with many years of experience in the field of ecology, policies and business.
During the lecture, we will pay attention to some of the following questions:
-
How is our food produced - local and global food chains?
-
How does agriculture affect the environment?
-
Sustainable agricultural practices - what is it?
-
What are the solutions and where is our role?
-
Which diet is the most sustainable according to scientists?
-
Packaging, storage and plastic - what, how and why?
🔍 There will be time for questions and answers, exchange of views and ideas, with an eye towards real solutions in our everyday lives.
